Sign up for the service and receive credentials to access from your smartphone or via the web. Upload all the required information and start using the service.

Search for the vehicle for your trip, indicating the period and place of collection and return. Confirm the most suitable solution among those proposed.

Shortly before the scheduled time you will receive a notification and an email with the information to use the vehicle. Once the vehicle has been assigned, you will be able to know its status in detail.

Approach the vehicle and follow the instructions suggested by the app, choosing between Bluetooth and QRcode, to unlock it.
Now you can begin the rental.

Continue on your journey and, if you need to stop, lock the vehicle as you would do with your car. In the event of unexpected service-related issues, contact support directly from the app.

To end the rental, park the vehicle and check that it is in the same condition as when you collected it. Start the return procedure with the app to close the vehicle and stop the booking.
